Like many people, flowers have always made me smile. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love for the smell, colors, and design of flowers. While I’ve been compelled to pursue many things and many passions, I have always hoped to include a link to flowers in some shape or form. In May 2006, I finally decided to further my knowledge by attending the Floral Design Institute in Portland, OR. I have since been yearning to find an outlet for my flower craving and creative inkling. While I may be a full-time RN, I look for any opportunity to delve into the world of flowers.
I’m game to do events or daily arrangements when ever such opportunities may arise. I spent one summer working with a Park City, UT florist, and I had the honor to do my dear friend Britta’s wedding reception in October 2009. It’s my hope to find even more flower gigs in the future.
